Overview Of Marriage Registration

What Is Marriage Registration?

Every couple in India should register their marriage to legalise it. Legal registration of a marriage will provide them with a marriage certificate which will help them enjoy all the legal privileges that a married couple get. If things didn't go well, marriage certificates would play an important role during legal separation. Or, If one of the partners dies, the certificate enables the partner to claim financial deposits of the deceased. So, getting a marriage registered is the smartest thing to do.
